Mark and Nancy Eisele decided to leave their life-long careers, Mark as a Golf Course Superintendent, and Nancy as an Administrative Assistant, to pursue their goal of owning their own business and working together.

Upon finding out that Specialty Products Company was for sale, they immediately set out to discover all they could about the business and company.  The company was originally founded in 1965, and by all reports manufactured by far the finest hand-held launcher on the market.  They both agreed that their interest lay in the Gun Dog Training industry, so with enthusiasm and conviction, they decided to purchase Specialty Products Co.

 

The couple trained for several months at the original location in Easton Maryland with Russ and Dolly Thompson.  Together, Russ and Dolly had over 35 years combined experience manufacturing launchers and dummies with Specialty Products Co.

 

Mark and Nancy were both raised by parents who, from an early age, instilled very strong work ethics which is why they are both committed to continuing to offer the finest launchers and dummies through the best quality and service.
